Hot Buffet Menu

Below is an example of a Hot Buffet menu.  Hot buffets work well in winter, or for sit down meals where
pre-ordering or designing a set menu* is not an option.

Choose 2 from each category for groups of 25 plus, or choose 3 of each  for groups of 40 plus*:

Braised Beef with mushrooms, bacon and red wine

Fisherman's Pie with piped creamed potato

Chicken, ham and leek casserole

Fresh salmon in a creamy sauce, with Penne pasta

Vegetable Stroganoff

Buttered new potatoes

Caesar Salad

Coconut rice with coriander

Roast Ratatouille

Garlic Focaccia with fresh Rosemary

A large Crème Brulee

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Treacle Tart with custard

Mini Pavlovas with cream and fruit

Black Forest gateaux

Fresh Fruit Salad

This is a sample selection, other choices are  available on request. 

£17.50 per person during the week, £21.50 at weekends. Changes to the menu may vary the price.

* You may wish to design your own set menu for a 2 or 3 course dinner, or lunch, so that your guests can choose from that on the day.  Alternatively, choose the hot buffet and your guests can try some from each dish. Click here for a sample menu.
