New Years Eve Gourmet Evening

This year we are taking a break from the usual, buffet style party but instead Alan and Wendy have designed this delicious gourmet menu. Enjoy an evening of fine food and great wine. With a little dancing to finish!

The Menu

Champagne or Winter Pimms on arrival

A rose of beef fillet and duck breast thinly sliced and served with a

redcurrent dressing

Home-made Sangria sorbet

Supreme of chicken  filled with mozzarella and basil leaves

served on a thread of white wine and parmesan velouté

Chocolate terrine with an uncooked strawberry and honey compote and

clotted cream

Seasonal cheeses with biscuits complemented with Aleatico dessert wine

Coffee with home made Vanilla fudge

Doors open at 7 p.m. for carriages at 1 a.m. 

£70 per person, including free wine throught out the meal.

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to the bill
