Full Time Sous Chef

Are you an enthusiastic, aspiring chef, looking to better your CV and current experience?

The pub has a great reputation for great food, specialising in slow cooking and mutton.
Unlike many catering jobs we pay by the hour, minimum 38 hours a week. Guaranteed Christmas and New Year 8 day break.
Good rates of pay, plus tips. Pay £18,000- £25,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Cons- Own transport required.
Not a live in position.
Split shifts.
Weekend work.

 Full Time Trainee Bar Supervisor

In an Assistant Manager role. Working +37 hours per week, including weekends.
Working in a small and often busy country pub. Within a young and friendly team.
The role combines waiting tables with bar work- experience as either would help, but is not essential. You must be trust worthy, hardworking, reliable, flexible with hours, well presented, confident and a good team player.
Apprenticeship qualification available if requested.
Applicants must be over 18 please.
Minimum contract of 6 months.

Good rate of pay plus tips.
